Please read the following information carefully before placing your order and if you have any questions call us on 01206645028.
All Oficina Britannia furniture is made to order and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure before placing the order that the items are of suitable dimensions and specifications for the intended location and also that the items can be delivered without issue.
You will not have any right at any time to cancel a Contract for the supply of any products made to your bespoke requirements. The deposit and further payments will not be refunded if you choose to cancel your order once it has been confirmed.
Items that cannot be delivered due to their size or that do not suit the intended space will not be refunded and a delivery charge will apply.
Customers are also responsible for ensuring a clear, suitably sized and accessible path for delivery. We are not responsible for any damage to property or to the items being delivered if a clear path to the delivery site is not provided.
On delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the furniture for defects or damage. We cannot accept responsibility for any defects or damage once the goods have been signed for as satisfactory.
Defects & Damage
We cannot accept responsibility for any damage reported to us after you’ve signed the Proof of Delivery note – so please do check your goodies really thoroughly!
It is important to note that each piece of furniture is individually hand made from natural timber. This means that there may be discrepancies in the finish and colour as well as naturally occurring ‘flaws’. This is perfectly normal and adds to the authenticity and uniqueness of the piece. If you are looking for a matching finish this cannot be promised but is more likely if pieces are ordered together. Due to the nature of timber we cannot be held responsible for naturally occurring flaws or issues with matching.
